主旨：Chun Chung Tse’s US Citizenship Application
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to bring to your attention that Mr. Chun Chung John Tse may be attempting to migrate to the United States. This person is the commander of the Hong Kong Police Public Relations Branch. He has appeared at numerous press conference in Hong Kong speaking on behalf of the Hong Kong Police in regards to the ongoing protests where Hong Kong people are fighting for freedom. As you may be aware already, since June this year, the Hong Kong Police have been making unjust arrests of the protestors, abusing their power, violating human rights, wrongly accusing the protestors and releasing false information to the public. They are under control of the Chinese Communist Party. They are spreading fake news to cover HUMANITARIAN CRISIS.
Under the U.S. Immigration and Nationality Act Section 212(a)(2)(G), foreign government officials and their immediate family members, who are responsible for, or have carried out particularly severe violations of human rights, are inadmissible for entry into the United States.
I believe that Mr. Tse’s wife, Sirvin Lee, has already obtained a green card. I kindly urge the United States to revoke this family’s green cards and visas and deny their entry to the United States.
